I'll keep this short (like the game!):
Downsides: too short at around ~7 hours for me. I wish the combat/gameplay was more advanced.

Upsides: Beautiful game. Incredible voice acting. Incredible audio. Great story. It's a 10/10 experience. Don't regret this at all.

Forward-looking: man... if they can somehow find a way to put more gameplay into this. Senua has the potential to be a giant franchise if they wanted to take a chance on that route.

While it's pathetic that this game hasn't gotten the post-release support it deserves (FAR mod is nearly required for a lot of people), this is a fantastic game. The seamless transition between camera angles and gameplay style helps keep things from feeling overly repetitive.

As of this review, it's on sale for $39, but it would be well worth the original $60 price tag. I have nearly 40 hours in the game and havent done all the endings yet either. Money well spent.

It sounds like DIablo 3 is going to try and recover with the new expansion, but if they want to do it right, they need to learn from Path of Exile.

It's not a perfect game, but it has a bunch of fresh ideas and is a true sequel to Diablo 2. PLEASE SPEND MONEY IN THEIR CASH SHOP IF YOU LIKE THE GAME! SUPPORT DEVS!

Update: My god. I wrote my initial review 5 years ago, and the game has surged in greatness, while Diablo 3 has floundered. GET THIS GAME! BUY SUPPORTER PACKS!
