These colors are not unlockable with in game currency, they can only be bought with $$. For each thing that Strive does great, there's also a thing that's bad. Arc System is now in the big league, greed included.

Game is currently unplayable online. Lobbies are busted, can't join to other players rooms via ID, parks work for about 2-3 matches before they disconnect everyone in the park. This is unacceptable after two betas where everyone complained about how lobbies are ♥♥♥♥, not only design-wise but also functionally.

EDIT: Game's online is fixed, lobbies still exist but are less of an issue, and with everything else going on with the game it's a hard YES right now.
