I feel bad for my friend who wasted $5 to purchase this game for me.

Bland and janky as hell.

It's basically Robocraft meets Mad Max.

The vehicle crafting system is easy to use and the PvP/PvE is actually pretty fun. The art style is exactly what you would expect, but the "story" is atrocious. Following along is like reading a fanfic written by a 12 year old. Thankfully, you can skip the vast majority of it.
Unfortunately, the 'pay to win' aspect is blatantly obvious and downright obscene. If you want any of the items that look fun, be prepared to spend an excessive amount of time or money. The worst part, however, is that there's a cap for the amount of certain resources you can obtain per week, and there's a similar system in place for daily XP that slows your progression to a crawl.
The only reason I've played as much as I have is because I like the aesthetic, I like building vehicles, and I like things that go boom. Otherwise, I probably would have dropped this game after 10 hours. Don't try looking for a way around the paywall, You won't find it.
