I can't imagine using VR headset for PCVR games without it. You can quickly check time, how long is the current session in specific game, frame times for CPU and GPU to see where's the bottleneck, which makes it easy to adjust graphics settings for VR games. For wired headsets it also has cable twist tracking, and you can set it in a way that indicator (under your feet) is transparent when the cable isn't tangled at all. Highly recommended.
