I think this was the first Star Wars fps that was made and its a great introduction to the all of the Star Wars games that are available to play on Steam. I had to download a mod to enable mouselook but after that was done i had quite a fun blast exploring all of the maps and killing plenty of Stromtroopers. Most of the major characters from the original trilogy pop up now and again and wont leave SW fans disappointed.
I played through the game on medium difficulty and manged to complete each level on my first playthrough apart from the final level in which i saw the game over screen quite a few times.
Definately reccomended although new younger gamers might be put off by its retro looks and sparse ui.

I seem to enjoy this more than other tower defence games.
I think it was originally developed for touch-screen phones and i think they would be the ideal platform for this game but it also crosses over well to the pc and is easy to control.

It uses a system of gaining xp points to spend on upgrading your unit types and you can also unlock 'perks' which can give a bonus to different elements of your defences.
Also includes a 'one-off' rewind feature which takes you back to the start of the current round when you make a total balls-up of it.

The only annoying thing is the relentless loud explosions which mean i need to turn the volume down or else i get grief from the wife but the sound effects in general are pretty good.

This is recommended because it can run well on my netbook and is quite addictive when aiming for that 'perfect' round and extra xp points.

As a simple Tower Defence game this title is one of the better ones and has been well made and offers some depth and strategy. If i ever i get round to buying myself another mobile phone i'll definetly be buying this again.( i could explain why i don't use a mobile phone any more but this aint the place for that!)

I've been having fun with this little game as part of the latest Humble bundle. Graphically the visuals are purposfully very pixellated but it is a style that i really enjoy and it makes the game memorable.

My favourite game of the past year, send me a message if you join the Laurelin server. It has a really good community and there is tons of stuff to do.

Considering how much enjoyment can be gotten from this game i can't understand why it doesn't sell for a dearer price. When people see how cheap this game is they might write it off straight away purely based on that fact and this would be a missed oppertunity for them to enjoy this little gem of a game.
Often described as a poor 2D clone of minecraft, i would say that Terraria does more than enough to stand on it's own two feet. The amount of different materials to build with is staggering and there are hundreds of weapons and items to create as well as dozens of enemies and npc'sto deal with including some uber-tough ones.
Another good point is that the game is regularly updated with new stuff being added all the time and will continue to in the future.
I should also mention you can explore, create and fight with your friends (or strangers) via multiplayer which adds even more enjoyment and is easy to set up.
9/10

This game is a pure gem . I was lucky to discover it as part of the frozenbyte bundle which i bought for a $2 donation. If you see it going for the £5-£7 get it.
For the price you wouldn't expect such appealing graphics and although the story is a bit so-so, the gameplay and puzzles are great with lots of secrets hidden away to find.

One of the best Total War games in my opinion with lots of management to go with the actual fighting. With nearly the full world to fight over an the addition of multiplayer it should be given a try especially as its quite cheap to buy now. I found mine in Gamestation for £12.

The only game worth playing until the next ELITE comes out.
