Tells a simple yet emotional story. Beginning is slow, but since the game is only three hours long, it's not a big deal. There was one part towards the end of the game that made me burst into tears and man, I wasn't expecting it. For the price, it's definitely a nice short game to kill some time, just don't expect groundbreaking gameplay or deep, multi-dimensional storytelling. It's a cat game, not The Last of Us.

One of the best sci-fi RPG trilogies of all time. Unlike many games claiming that choices matter, here they really do and players get to see the consequences and/or benefits of those choices unfold throughout the trilogy. Great story, decent soundtrack, interesting characters, and good gameplay.

Great sequel, pretty much identical gameplay to the first but with brand new places to explore, characters to meet, and a continuation of the story with higher stakes than before. Lots of variety in the biomes, lots of new machines to fight, and quite a few new tribes. Point is, Forbidden West takes what made Zero Dawn great and adds much more variety to it. After finishing the main story, i'm waiting eagerly for the next game.

Only negatives are the occasional cringe dialogue and the fact that the antagonists are not expanded upon as much as I feel they should have. I would have liked to see a little bit more fleshing of the story in that regard. Also... HEY ALOY. SHUT UP HUH? I don't need you to comment on EVERYTHING. I don't need you to tell me that [Machine] is vulnerable to [Element] every time I scan it, I don't need you to speak every single thought out loud, and I certainly don't need you to always IMMEDIATELY tell me how to solve a puzzle. So HEY ALOY? Shut up.

Also, as of the time of this review, five days after release, there are occasional framerate issues during cutscenes and in the open world of the Burning Shores DLC. Usually get about 90fps in the main game, but can drop to 20fps while playing Burning Shores on a 3080. Apart from that, the port is incredibly well polished, especially compared to some previous console to pc ports lately.

TL;DR - Game great, dialogue could have been better. Very polished port with some occasional performance hiccups, but nothing too frustrating.

I'm just repeating what everyone else is saying at this point, but with mods this game is absolutely wild to experience. I personally haven't really even done any quests yet, i'm just having fun with the sandbox. Without mods I still think the game is worth buying on sale, but it's nowhere near as immersive. Take the extra hour or two and look up a tutorial to get this game as immersive as possible with some mods, and don't look back. It's worth it.

Well. It was a good game, but it didn't really draw me in as much as it drew in others. The DLC was boring, the guilds were a snooze... but the main story was okay. Really enjoyed the world and the exploration and the soundtrack was decent and memorable which made the experience better.

Genuinely a fun game with lots to love but broken and not optimized for PC gameplay. Memorable soundtrack, races, minigames, and world.

One of the most over-rated Call of Duty games of the franchise, BUT, only slightly. Campaign was decent, especially the flashback missions. The future missions were... mediocre. Decent soundtrack. Multiplayer is one of the best in the series, but doesn't crack my top 5 personally. Zombies is where the game shines. Unpopular opinion, but TranZit was a phenomenal map, the Victis crew were almost as iconic and memorable as the Primis/Ultimis crew. Lots of good memories there.

Struggled at launch with performance and bugs, and was quite boring to play. After re-purchasing, I have found it to be in a much better state than launch but it fails to make me want to play more. Nothing about the game tempts me to give it much more time, especially over shooters like Halo Infinite or The Finals.

Game had me interested on release and got close to the end but never got around to finishing. Decided to re-purchase and replay after Phantom Liberty release and 2.1 update after hearing lots of praise, was very disappointed. Game still feels boring but very alive, something I cannot stay for games like Starfield. Gave it a fair shot, not for me.
