I don't know :/ I myself have been scammed at least 8 times. I never have even attempted scamming. I do recall someone offering to trade with me and said they and others would spam report me if I didn't accept his low ball trade offer. I blocked him and reported him for Harassment (Provided lot of proof) so that might be the case. I might have been spam reported by a guy and his friends for refusing to accept a low ball trade offer, aka he threatened to do it if I didn't.
