Login queue is in a trash state.

They just announced, instead of increasing server capacities for existing world servers, they will open up a whole new region without cross-server functionalities for european players. They are likely hoping enough players will migrate to the new region and leave their progress behind.

Meanwhile european players are stuck with 16-25k long login queues, waiting 4-8 hours to play and it will stay this way for a while, as they admitted in their post.

If you want to play it, wait for the playerbase to die down by at least 30%, and you may have a chance. Terrible experience.

Bought shortly after its first release.
Stopped playing due to the lack of an official patch.
Years later its still not patched.

Its sad to see this in a game with so much potential in regards to gameplay.
