Factorio is a game that might start out slow, but soon you find that you have expanded far and wide. One after one all the cogs in the wheel you've put out need to be replaced and improved. Time to expand, find more resources to be excavate and research ways of making everything more efficient and ways of defending yourself. Defend from what? Well those pesky industry-hating alien swarms.

Side effects of playing: Might lose track of time and suddenly a couple of days have just passed without you noticing.

Update 2019; New features and mods still coming out from the devs and community. Still a worthy pickup!

Update 2021; Better performance, better animations, multiplayer back soon-ish(?)

Update 2022; Performance, especially in multiplayer, just keeps getting better. Devs teasing about first babysteps towards NPCs. Good times, good times.

Update 2023; Huge update on the horizon. Developers are adding animals, adding basements, increasing the maximum floor height by a lot, revamping crafting and improving how rendering will work. Expect a massive performance boost - especially when zoomed out. Very cool!

Update 2024; Still waiting for the big update.. Still coping, still coping.. Soon enough we will get it. But hey, in the meanwhile we got some improvements to multiplayer desyncs. Now you are less likely to suddenly die from colliding with a car ahead of you. Very cool!

Zombie apocalypse survival. As the game tells you, you're playing the story of how you die and die you will. Whether you survive for a few hours, days or months, catch some illness or see all electricity go out, water stop flowing, is down to luck or lack of such.

Thanks to a lot of scenario configuration you can customize your game to suit your playstyle. Want to grind just to be able to put up a wooden fence or do you want to become an expert of anything after just a few attempts? Item respawns? Your zombie lore; should they be fast infected or rotting slow reanimated corpses? YOU DECIDE!

And if you didn't notice, the game comes with multiplayer so gather some friends and have one of the best cooperative or PvP zombie experience around.

A surprisingly deep make-your-own story colony sim. Incredible modding community, simple but effective graphics, addicting gameplay and extremely ruthless at times. Whether you like base builders or survival challenges, this is the game for you.

Time flies playing it.

A game that when you explain it might not seem all that fun, but in reality once you sit down... fail a few times, see your designs end up as huge infernos on the launchpad... Get further and further off the ground... Outer athmosphere?... Space? ... THE MOON?

The active developer team delivers on bringing and engine that feels better and better for every an update is released.
You can await the greatest feelings of achievment in your whole life.
Or you'll just massacre poor innocent Kerbals.

Invite your convicts into the prison of your fantasy. Will you make an inescapable Alcatraz, a place where survival-of-the-fittest rules, a gentler scandinavian-style prison or even a concentration camp? The choice is yours (it's not like the lawbreakers have anything to say about it)!

Incredibly addictive and fun game.

Quick presentation
A great game if you're looking for a beautiful but at the same time sad story.
Take control of two boys or sit down and coop play it with a friend (local only though and on the same keyboard).
Solve puzzles and gather achievements that keeps you at your toes since you have to keep track of each separate brother.

Story synapsis
Father is sick and he won't make it unless you overcome the obstacles that are afoot, blocking you from obtaining the healing herb that you so direly need.

Other things....
Might be recommended to use a controller, but I managed just fine and had a really good time.
If you ever see this game on a good sale, don't be afraid to pick it up.
In an evening you will have played through this wonderful game and had your mind blown in the process.
