Pretty fun game as a PVE player, I get to chill and play a game I've always watched people rage at.

I may be a lame-o for just chillin in PVE, but I have fun and made some pretty sweet people.

Childhood Memories

By far one of my all time favorites, Its good to keep installed at all times, and just play whenever I need a good shoot em up session to cool down my gears.

Multiplayer: Not recommended for multiplayer unless playing Co-op with friends, since the multiplayer is pretty dead

Gun-play: Rather satisfying and off-putting at the same time. With auto rifles, you can double zoom when in cover and have 100% accuracy from cover. Kinda broken if you ask me. LMG's feel clunky but good to use, no 1 weapon is the all out best considering how you use them and what strategy you're running fits your playstyle

Armor system: Good customization and modification, along with penalizing you for wearing too much or too little armor.
(even though you're made out of paper machete no matter how much armor you put on) Fun to edit and make custom colors.

TH/Campaign:
-Terrorist hunt is a good game mode, no actual story behind it, just you're there, killin bad guys. The quotes from them are amazing

-Campaign; Wouldn't recommend, pretty weird to follow, Voice acting is... odd. but its to be expected from an old game.

Lovely quotes you'll hear from the terrorists from this gem;

Would it help if I ran into the bullets?!

Terrorist 1: "Cover me!”
Terrorist 2: "♥♥♥♥ you, man, cover me!"

Terrorist 1: I’m under fire!
Terrorist 2: Well shoot back!

241hr of watching my friend cry in a hole as I slaughtered monsters during the solar eclipse event, drove him to and from the therapist every now and again.

pretty fun to look at him and say "Oh ♥♥♥♥ is that Mothron?"

So funny to watch him cry.

Friend suffered whilst I enjoyed, is good game.

I've played this game (Mainly solo) For a very long time!

In that time. I've made countless photos and learning from some of the best creators out there.

Its a good game with only one major problem.

Its just repetitive, If I were to give it a number rating, Probably like a 8/10 due to repetitive gameplay.

On the other hand, Its a great game to play with your buddies after a hard day of work or a long day of school, using it to just kick back and relax.

I have about 9 hours as of writing this, but i played it more constantly on PS4 since release Date, Im a bit easy to beat but I love this game still.

dramatic finishes make it so much better when I lose, cause i get to watch my character get absolutely destroyed constantly.

Pretty good game to play with friends, Great Replayability with all DLC, Worth the buy, even after BL3 is out, you'll find me playing this game from time to time!

I have played tf2 for more than a couple of years now, i still believe this game is the best game on steam, even with free weekends, and other stuff like that, i know i have grown to apprectiate what hats i have, trade when i have a chance, i look foreward to meeting new people in servers and all the friendly traders, i try to be as nice as i can, but if you are a mouse, or a fap 2 play, you can bet that i wont stop killing you. When your voice is deeper and you get a p2p acc, ill be nice to you

But none the less, still an amazing game!

Well, 6k+ hours in.. 4 years...

So much to say about this game...

Most of it is about the complaining and whining when you kill players in a very lucky way.

So other than that...

It's a decent game I guess.

I straight up, Have no words for this game, I've enjoyed it in its glory days, and continue to to this day.

8.2k+ hours and I still come back to this game, a bright smile on my face, congaing in spawn with free to plays.

I can certainly say, I grew up playing this game, after my Halo halcyon days. Im excited for any update nowadays, Honestly wish i didn't have to wait any longer, pretty sure thats how most players feel.

If you're interested in a good shooter, TF2 is a good Starter game to the FPS genre. Its silly, Wacky, teaches you basics like simple aim and simple bullet physics. etc.

just here wishing Valve updates it to be on Source 2.

After playing this game, countless hours, playing and investing my time and cash into the game, I can still say outright that this is one of my favorite games on steam.

Almost everyday I play, I make a new friend or a new memory with random strangers I'd never have met before.

Now of course I cant say that the game isn't in a bad state, that would be a blatant lie, and if we truly love something, we can't lie about them/it.

Bots - Too many of them, thankfully Valve is doing something to work on their removal. Abundant and unnecessary.

Salty players - Too many of them, once mad they just decide to ruin the game for everyone, honestly its just sad. TF2 has always had them but its just a new low with these people, I recently was threatened by a very sour player that he would track me down and then proceeded to list off digits of my address. Very poor taste my friend.

Sadly my opinion has swayed in the side of FPS genre's when it comes to new players.

Its still good to learn here, but there are more free options out there to pick from to just get the hang of it whilst the Bot-Pocolypse is happening. In almost everygame you see maybe 5+ hackers, even some high value acc's with unusual hats, aussie weapons and such, just cheating and risking the money they just spent or the acc they hijacked.

It is NOT for new to steam users anymore. I'd say CS:GO or *in a disgusted tone* Fortnite/COD would be... "decent" games to start at.

This game will always be like my favorite diner; although I constantly get the same dish and rarely spice up the pot. I'll still come back and get more and more, because I love the cooks and the wonderfully friendly (sometimes) customers, Just ignore the critics (Unless they're polite) and Karens (bots) and you'll be fine.

So, Ima just be real with this one.

I love TF2, From the wacky, zaney people to the mic spammers that play a clip of music for everyone on their team and either get the excitement up or do a little trolling.

but that love has a backhand, in which I'll say, I'm starting to greatly dislike TF2. The bots, "bot fixes", whoever is creating the unstoppable wave of bots, and constantly toxic players.

I mainly have 2 questions for anyone that comes across this review...

Why even bother cheating or ruining the game?


Q2.
To all the ACTUAL tf2 players, not the bots/programmers. Are you still able to enjoy the game?


Before I'm told to go to a community server and enjoy it there, I would if I could play like i normally would on a casual server, but i'd get muted for "micspam" when I'd play songs for people after asking permission from everyone (getting the ok as well). Or i'd get ♥♥♥♥ on by that one sniper or Med/Soldier/Heavy/Demo combo; OR lag out of the server entirely cause of my shinternet.

I can enjoy the game there if I dont play the way I'd like to play, and thats not too big a problem, but I'd like to play casual again without the worry of bots.

Almost 10k hours and I'm still in me chair, and I aint getting out of it.
