For the people complaining about the recent update which makes a bunch of quality of life changes, just select "Launch DOS version" when you open the game. All your previous saves will be there and it will be more akin to the classic experience. Though, I find the widescreen and updated controls to be a very welcome addition to a game that, since its initial popularity, was always being modded and changed.

As for the game itself, the maps can be confusing at times, but as opposed to Wolfenstein 3D, you can open up a map to see where you've already been. I played this after beating Wolfenstein, Id's previous FPS, and the improvement is astounding. Everything moves and feels much better. Can't wait to play all the sequels. I'm one of those purists who can't play DOOM Eternal unless I play the original.

LISA is a gaming masterpiece. It has replay value, fantastic combat, an atmospheric sountrack, perfect comedy, and will absolutely destroy your emotions. So far, it's the only video game that's made me cry. It's just... so good.

Please buy it.

Quacktastic! This is honestly one of the best games I've ever played. $12.99 seems a little pricy, but I quickly realized it was completely worth the money.
