Having just completed the game with all achievements, I can confidently say the experience was beyond words.
The combat system is top-tier, blending smooth mechanics with a vast array of transformations.
Visually, the game is a masterpiece, with jaw-dropping graphics and stunningly detailed environments.
The only letdown for me was the frequent invisible walls, which broke some of the immersion and restricted exploration.
Despite that, it's an unforgettable journey that I believe everyone should experience at least once.

Edit after second "Handling Patch" (1.6):

I would say the game is quite drivable now. It needs some time to get used to the new handling, but after that it's fun to drive.

There are still some things i would like to see change:
- Most curbs are still non existend. Like in monza the second chicane (T4, T5) you can drive over the second sausage curb like it's not there.

- Tyres are overheating everywhere. On most tracks it's manageable, but on tracks like Qatar, Mexico, Cota (Tracks with a lot of highspeed corners) it's too much. You can't manage the temperature without driving so slow you get overtaken by everyone else.

- Pressure are still not affecting the traction/grip much. The difference in grip level between minimum pressures and maximum pressures needs to be way more.

- The AI is just too good in a straight line. You cant compete with it.

- Slipstream is too strong OR dirty air isnt enough. You cant drive away from someone behind you, except you are 3 seconds faster than them. Otherwise they can stay in your slipstream and DRS. And than you get a DRS Train from P1 to P20


But other than that the game is realy good now. Driving is fun. Racing is fun.
Would recommend it now.



Edit after "Handling Patch" (1.5):

- Handling is sh*t now. Understeer as hell.
- Equal cars are not equal

Would i recommend it now?
NO! Its the worst handling an F1 Game has ever seen.

+ Handling is fine once you adjust to it (and dont use the default setup!)
+ Career mode is actually fun
+ Multiplayer racing is so good in this game. I cant really describe it, but wheel-to-wheel battles feel so much more fun this game

- Default setups are the worst of all F1 games
- Customization stuff you got in F1 23 is not available to you in F1 24, and you have to re-earn these things (and as far as i know, there arent any new items, except the new default customization)

Overall i quite like the game, but can also understand the people who dont.


Would i recommend it?

Well, if you dont have F1 23: its a yes.
And if you have F1 23 i would wait for the handling patch.

Great game. Very addictive.
Regular Updates. Just like Early Access should be.
Soundtrack is also fire. AND its on Spotify. Thank you for that!

Cant wait to play more and see whats coming next.

The game is unplayable. It took 30 minutes to build only 6% of the shaders. It crashed twice during the first cutscene. It even caused my USB devices to crash, which has never happened before and hasn't happened again in the last 4 hours.

10/10 gaming experience

And the fact that the game was delayed by 25 days? That means that the developers knew about the issues and couldn't fix them in 25 days. So, I assume that there won't be any optimization update in the near future.

......what do i have to say.........well......its a good game...BUT: the npc are way to fast. An no, i'm not meaning that they are to fast on a whole lap, but on the straights...man are they fast. Like a second or so faster than i am. Even my own teammate in the same car. Its just bullsh*t! Thank you for ruining single player racing in this game.

For all who just want to play multiplayer: Go get it. Its way nicer to drive these cars than the ones from the last game.

EDIT: The AI speed is fixed in the newest Patch 1.08......just took them 2 month to fix. So i will take 2 month before changing the review to positive (if no other bug occurs until then)

EDIT 2: Games fine now. Enough time has passed and its all good now. AI speed is ok now. There are improvements to be made, but its good enough for me. Also there are only a few little bugs in multiplayer. Its playable and no one in my racing league was forced to leave the session cause of a bug. So....good job Codemasters

PS: Crossplay is working between all platforms. Even between Steam and Origin.

Multiplayer has to many bugs.
My Wheel is not working after the newest update.
Physics are.........inconsistent.

Perfectly executed Factory game. This is how Early Access should be. Constant Updates, stunning graphics, easy to understand mechanics. If you love Factory games you should definitely buy this one.
