High on Life might not revolutionize gameplay mechanics or push graphical boundaries, but its infectious humor and above-average storyline make it a worthwhile adventure for those who enjoy a good comedic romp.

Much pew pew, much stress but fun.

Limited servers and few active players. Servers that are active are also fully packed with tents/homes and auto turrets. It's a death maze for new spawns to navigate through. Farming in early stage is very time consuming because you have very limited inventory space (you can not stack items). At the start, it feels like a farming simulator. I would walk around for 10 mins looking for loot and then travel 10 mins back to start zone to sell. Repeat this many times until I have funds to just buy a chainsaw. Most importantly, there is a 1-2 sec delay on all actions (picking up loot, farming flowers and etc.).

The game is really fun. However, there are a couple of negatives I hope the Devs can implement.

1. Players leave at the start of the game if they are not imposters. There should be a time penalty for players who leave at the start of the game from joining a new game

2. Players leave after being killed. There should be a reward for player who stay as a ghost and help complete tasks.

Game crashes randomly. Unable to play it.

Game crashes nonstop after 10-15 mins of game play. The support team never responded to my e-mail. The Discord support page is pretty vacant.

Excited about the game concept. Disappointed due to game bug. while in game, I am only able to play 5-10 mins. The game bug causes the screen to freeze and crash. I spent most of my online game play trying to diagnose the issue. Even with the Dev's team's help (via their Discord), they were unable to resolve the problem. Apparently it's an known issue with Unity. My error code: d3d11: failed to create staging 2D texture w=128 h=2 d3dfmt=10 [887a0005]

A farming game. Log on to go AFK and sell stuff or just farm.

The game play is very linear. There isn't much variance. Less than the 1st Age of Empires which was made 17+ year ago. Limited troops, buildings and upgrades. The goal is to just survive in your base, no other quest. You bank resources and defend your base. After 3 hours of the same game play, it has gotten super old.

This is the 1st game I have made a Steam refund request because in my opinion this game is not worth $24 after taxes. There’s too much hype. And bought it because of it.
