People often ask me what this quote means and why it's my favorite. Well, it's a mental thing really. Try to imagine that there are flowers inside your head.

When you're nice to yourself, you provide the flowers with the best environment to grow and they'll become a gorgeous mess of colors and the most amazing smells.

But when you're mean to yourself, they won't get as much sunshine anymore as when you were so nice to yourself. They'll start dying and you'll end up with a weak bunch of withered flowers eventually.

So please, be nice to yourself and don't kill those freaking flowers. You're worth being nice to :)
