Very, very good game! I received this as a gift and was extremely excited to jump in. The game itself is very linear but time flies when you're playing. From the moment I received the gift until now I had played the game and beat it with zero regrets. The story as advertised is short but the quality of the game itself makes up for it! 10/10.

I tried to give this game a chance to play with my friends and I unfortunately cannot say at this time that it is worth playing. To start, the game bugs out and freezes when speaking with NPCs which is crucial to moving your character through the game. Next, you wont get an MMO feel from this game as there is no designated servers and thus you will never see the same person twice. Hopefully this game finds its footing later on.

My two friends equipped with a singular shovel pushed into the building to kill a spider. I walked away alone, scared, and crying.

This game is extremely fun. Most of the negative reviews stem from either offline couch mode and micro transactions being thrown into your face.

So far, in the 6 hours I have played, I have earned over 30 skins to use and have not spent a single dollar. The game rewards you heavily for playing and having fun. The battle pass style of leveling has tons of rewards from in-game currency to paid currency and tons of skins, profile pictures, and profile backgrounds. I have barely seen things sold for crazy amounts and even then I have earned enough to buy multiple skins and re-rolls of the mystery box machine.

The couch mode does not bother me either. I bought the game because its a party game and I wanted to enjoy it with my friends not offline with bots.

Give this game a try, you will get plenty of laughs out of it and is definitely worth the 20.
