A very relaxing game with literally a whole universe to explore. Excellent for cooperative multiplayer!

The initial idea and story behind the game are fantastic but it lacks a few important factors such as a compelling combat system, an interesting variety of enemies, halfway proper physics when driving or fighting and a less confusing menu system (next gen time vampire). I also encountered some story inconsistencies that cater for an unimmersive experience.

And why haven't 20.000 people already complained about those extremely annoying baby sounds and the inability to disable them? After about one minute I felt like giving it to the mule people to raise it as one of their own.

EDIT: I finally uninstalled the game due to the irritating baby sounds and slowmos each time you approach danger. I won't be able to enjoy this otherwise interesting game until there's an update or a mod that lets you disable those.

EDIT2 (found that you can disable the BB sounds by rerouting them to an unused audio output in-game): Almost done. This game turns into a slog once you decide to complete it for the sake of completion. I still can't recommend it and will never play it again once I'm done. It has its moments but could have been a much better experience without the clunky controls, bad physics and frustrating order/cargo management system.

Simply awesome. I've never felt such tight bonds with ingame characters so quickly - the graphics, the detail and the writing are phenomenally good. Detroit: Become Human carries the problems and questions of our time to a not too distant future, making the player think twice about any step, action and decision. With all the A.I. currently in development and the leaps and breakthroughs in technology, one is inclined to ask: will androids dream?

Easily the worst Fallout game in the series. Boring characters, bad humor, dumb quests, zero immersion and it's all about the grind. Human npcs were refreshing and Bethesda added content, but I can not recommend this game to anyone unless you are a die hard mmorpg fanatic and want to hang around with creative players by the names of "hung_invader", "mofo69" or "yourmom".

Coming from 7 Days To Die, me and a few friends thought we should give ARK a try. I've been playing this for about 180 hours now and today I really asked myself, why in the world I still play this time-vampire of a game. The progression is unbelievably slow and the whole gameplay feels extremely unrewarding. It's basically a simulation in which you build and fight your way through a world of dinosaurs which take AGES to tame. That's about it. Time definitely better invested into unrepetitive, rewarding gameplay with a story and somekind of meaning or games that involve challenges other than not to fall asleep mining tons of resources. Another one for the "beautiful but boring" bin.

Beautiful game, just the right kind of challenge on hardest dificulty (Ranger Hardcore), an epic story, colorful characters and... WORST ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ CHECKPOINT AND SAVE SYSTEM I've ever encountered. Make sure to install Puresync, a free backup tool that lets you choose certain folders to be backed up to a different location and MAKE SURE to BACKUP YOUR SAVEGAMES FOLDER every half hour or ten minutes! Why you ask? Because there's only three slots and if you noticed a game breaking error or mistake by the time the savegame before that moment of no return was overwritten, you'll have to replay a whole damn chapter in order to get the outcome/storyline you were aiming for. Trust me - it'll save you a lot of stress. I really don't know what they were thinking.

After owning the game for almost two years now and having watched the great tv series, I gave it another try.

When I first played it, I thought I'd sort of slide into it and acclimatise, like I did and still do with a lot of other games. Sadly, this wasn't true for any of the Witcher games including part three. Despite the gorgeous graphics and high detail, the story feels way too linear, battle mechanics make me feel like a console person, not being able to save where and when you want is an unnecessary pain in the ass inside a singleplayer game and the fact that you can't wield any weapon you find seems a bit off. Also, a first person mode would have been an immersive addition to such a great open world. It's obviously a huge game with lots of good ideas and character, but to me it feels like getting off on the wrong foot each time I play it.

All in all I tried to dive into it but a weird lack of atmosphere doesn't let me - hard to explain and yet subjective, still a reason for me not to recommend it.

I love this game with its great setting, foggy atmosphere and rpg elements even though the combat system can get on your nerves (auto-target seems a bit buggy and if you switch it off the avatar sometimes fights like a confused maniac) and the permanent auto-save feature might discourage you at some point:

If you make one wrong decision based on the vague dialogue options and sometimes surprising story progression, you'll have to start all over again in order to correct it. After putting 25 hours into my one and only perfect savegame, I ran around the map, slept for one night and people just started dying in parts of the city - probably because I triggered multiple events by simply passing them by.

Conclusion: the horribly implemented autosave feature (while being a nice idea) can be gamebreaking for some people and take all the fun out of it. Apart from that it's a great game! Be sure to find the savegame file and manually back it up with either a mod or some third party software. Trust me on this one or you end up like me and stop playing for an indefinite time to regain the wasted excitement.
