Such a sweet and well designed game!
Mandatory, if you own a controller or Steamdeck.

Interesting gone home style adventure game. A little bit buggy and short, but an intense experience nonetheless. Great voice acting and story!

*DO NOT BUY* I've tried to request a refund for the Forza pack (Forza 4 and 5) because Forza 4 always crashed about 20 minutes ingame. Until I found out what the problem was (a driver issue which most likely will never be fixed), I accumulated enough time in the main menu to void my ability to refund the game despite not having touched Forza 5 at all - as per Steam's unbendable policies. This is an absolute no-go. Now I'm stuck with an unfixed mess and a game I'll never play due to the bad vibes connected to it. Merry Christmas. *DO NOT BUY!*

Edit2: Received a message from the publisher, asking me to alter my review because they finally fixed the issue. Great work, but since I wasn't able to play for such a long time and went sour over this with Steam support, my review remains negative. If issues like this arise, Steam has to adjust their refund policies.

Need for Speed is actually one of my favourite game franchises. The graphics, the variety of cars and well captured atmosphere of cities at night alone are normally reason enough to give the titles a try.
But here's the thing: I'm somewhat of a completionist and that's where things start to get messy with NFS 2015.

Not being able to win a single gold medal in prestige mode after finishing all other trophies with ease is a showstopper. Never ever have I experienced unbalanced endgame content like this. I guess it would be doable for more than 10 people worldwide without the ridiculously uncoordinated ai and randomly spawning cars getting in the way. Just plain horrible. Since EA will never fix this, I can not recommend the game.

The game would actually be great, if the a.i. was a bit more interesting (not just super fast and increasingly lethal depending on your wanted level up to completely unrealistic speeds and spawn positions) and it wouldn't hurt, if EA patched critical bugs every now and then. You have to dive through forums and find out for yourself, how to avoid a major bug keeping you from using HDR in fullscreen mode (hint: you have to replug your tv/monitor, if it shows "invalid format" and switch to borderless window mode).

This game features perfect voice acting, nice puzzles, good graphics and most importantly: a vibrant story. You might have heard or read there's a lovecraftian vibe to it but this one is different from the rest...

Convince yourselves and give it a try :)

King for the fraction of a day... what d'ya want more?

Days Gone is fun, if you like vast open worlds and great graphics. The only thing about this I absolutely can not dig is the moronic mean biker part. Why in the world would people with half a brain use loud as hell motorcycles in the zombie apocalypse? It just seems completely out of place, since everyone and everything can hear you coming from miles away... which makes "stealth" missions seem a bit pathetic. Apart from that the physics are great, fights are fun and the skill progression is pretty similar to Tomb Raider.

One of the better third person action rpgs out there!

It's an okay game but the controls are extremely clumsy and so imprecise that trying to get the "nightmare" achievement makes you feel like an idiot.
