INGRIEDIENTS:
Chicken, Oil, The batter, Seasonings!
Step 1: Dredge the chicken In a large shallow dish, combine 2-2/3 cups of the flour with the garlic salt, paprika, 2-1/2 teaspoons of the pepper and the poultry seasoning. In a separate shallow dish, briefly beat the eggs with the water before adding the salt, remaining 1-1/3 cups flour and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture and then into the flour mixture. Turn each piece until it is fully coated.
Step 2: Fry the chicken, Heat the oil to 375°F in an electric skillet or deep-fat fryer. Fry the chicken a few pieces at a time, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and the juices run clear, about seven to eight minutes per side. Drain the chicken on a paper towel-lined plate or wire rack.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
The Basic Recipe
2 ripe bananas 2 c oatmeal*
¼ c walnuts (optional)
1 t vanilla 1 t cinnamon
*The amount may vary depending on the size of the bananas as well as the amount of any additional ingredients you include from the list below.
Add the oats slowly while stirring until the dough forms a nice “clump” as shown in the video. There shouldn’t be lots of individual oats that stick to the side of the bowl.
Instructions Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork or spatula. Add the vanilla any of the optional ingredients. Slowly add the oats until the desired consistency has been achieved. Feel free to taste the dough and add more of any of the ingredients to obtain a taste that is pleasing to you. Spoon dough on to the baking sheet.
Bake for 14-15 minutes until cookies are lightly browned. Enjoy!

1 egg
1 teaspoon McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
4 slices bread
INSTRUCTIONS
1 To make this easy French toast recipe:
Beat egg, vanilla and cinnamon in shallow dish with wire whisk. Stir in milk.
2 Dip bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
3 Cook bread slices on lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides. Serve with Easy Spiced Syrup (recipe follows), if desired. Voila, easy French toast.
4 Easy Spiced Syrup: Add 1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract and 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon to 1 cup pancake syrup; stir well to mix. Serve warm, if desired.
