Short and Quick review here:

Game is fun but has lots of shortcomings - bugs such as grappling into a wall were frequent, sometimes parts of a map don't spawn in a side mission, and the hud disappeared a few times when I respawned.

But overall guns look cool, feel good - combat I thought was satifsying. Very fast and just feels right. If you like Doom 2016 and Eternal you may enjoy this.

Story is take it - or leave it - kinda gets interesting then doesn't. Would like to see a follow up based on the ending. Voice Acting is insane in this game - very well done.

Not grindy either - you get what you need out of levels, though if you want to S rank it all....you have to play a certain way that may be unfun. Kill style is just headshots and takedowns......so you kinda stick with the rifle and melee Es.

I got it on sale in a bundle so a little below what the steamdb record is.

It's definitely Fear, but not as good as 2.

Back at again with a general review from an old man.

This is a pretty good boomer shooter style fps. Style might put people off, however, no real smut despite the appearances lol. Heavy gore though, some freaks might could beat one out. the armor suit is by far the best waifu. *ahem*

weapons feel good - satisfying movement and gameplay.
Story.....sorta non existent but that's alright too.
Length took me 7 hours, some of that was looking for secrets.

In short, if you like boomer shooters, pick it up on sale.

Maybe little expensive at that price point, but I enjoy it enough to where I think that's fine.

It's pretty good you should play it.
Played straight out of the box - no mods or anything and ran fine. No bugs though high fps seems to cause it to flip out.

Fun enough for 7-8 hours for the campaigns.

The Jumpscare Expansion - It was ok. Fun enough for 4-6 hours.

Hey Steamers,
Should include extraction point and the other expansion.
Base game is a fun game - AI is pretty good for the time. Slow down mechanic bit too op though.

THE DLC seems to run a bit strangely, can't seem to limit the fps with nvidia Control Panel....but the base game is fine after an dinput8.dll. I didn't bother with the subtitle stuff.....just wanted to play and it didn't bother me too much. Note you have to move that dinput8.dll to the dlc folders too.


If you want to take time to do some tinkering for it to run well on modern systems. It's a blast! Highly recommend - 7.5/10 game.

If you don't want to spend time to get it running well on new machines - Skip it. I'm just a cyberjack backlogging my way through games I bought and never played, but nothing here that's "mind blowing"

Back with a casual gamer review!

The black sheep of Danganronpa? Or so I'm told?

I like simple games, and I liked this. Komaru and Toko are a fun duo. Total opposites and have fun banter.

1. Gameplay is very straight forward, you shoot things with different ammo types that do different things. Genocide Jack is a good change of pace but sorta the same deal except slice and dicey.

2. the little arcade games can get annoying after a while, lots of repetition.

3. Fun OST - per usual I would think for this series - sky is blue moment.

4. Suggestive themes, as you do with Danganronpa. I will not mention story spoilers, but damn bro.

5. Forgot to mention and am too lazy to renumber this mess - The game is point a to point b, but you can explore!

I'd give this a 6/10 which I'd say is pretty average. Lasts about 15-20 hours. Get it on sale - play on hard for a nice but not hard challenge.

I'm here with a causal gamer review

1. Boomershooter, if you like Doom you might like this. If you played Brutal Doom, you are kinda on that path in this game

2. Unlike Doom, this game is almost an fps metroidvania. The DLC/Second Episode Bloodrite especially has a lot of open ended paths and options for pushing through. The fast game play is sort of betrayed by exploring at times. It can be a bit tedious.

3. I do recommend this game, Zan made an excellent game with an interesting story but The ending was abit of a let down as is after 2 episodes and the 3rd episode seems a ways off...or in Zans words: "As for when will Hedon 3 be developed, I have no idea, just not anytime soon. I may work on it after I release the current game I'm working on, or I may pull out a Romero and release the final episode 20 years from now, just don't get your expectations anywhere." .

4. It oddly felt long in the tooth, but I was expecting Doom and got a damn adventure game. So keep in mind you won't really blaze through the game. Take in the world and the details.

5. Some of the guns feel kinda meeeeeeh, nothing has that super shotgun feel where it inverts arseholes on a consistent basis. Overall, everything feels ok and it all works in this game.

6. The Items are kind of annoying too, lots of keyboard shortcuts. Would have it open on another screen to keep track of how to quickly activate items, the psycrown is very important later.


I'd rate this about a 7.5/10. Competent and does what it sets out to do. Good 20-30 hours depending how you play. Would get on sale, from SteamDB: lowest recorded price is $6.99 and 2-year low is $8.49

If you like to shoot ♥♥♥♥ and turn your brain off. Yea it's fun, lots of free will in this game.

Play anyway you'd like, duck the team they don't matter. Go Hacksaw Ridge, or Chris Kyle w/e floats your boat.

Helicopter sweats are annoying, but that's every BF game. Jets aren't very strong so you won't get bombarded for a whole map if things go south.

Not really any gun placements....I miss the stinger encampments, but good players can snipe bomb then anyway in past games so w/e.

Turn your ingame voice off too haha. Unless you like people snacking on ♥♥♥♥ while you play, but most players do try to be good teammates.

8.5/10 post all the patches.
