I'm not sure what to say about Cruelty Squad that wouldn't be better explained in one of the many video essays made on it.

If it makes you at all curious to see what it is and play it you'll more than likely enjoy it. You might put it down the first time. Maybe the second time, but eventually the CEO mindset will take hold and you'll want to put your money into gamegame and take it back out before the crash.

Honestly one of the best games I've ever played. Wears the skin of a meme or a purposely bad game but under that top layer lies brilliance.
