Nah from the reports the honor would be ours :-) Please read tyhe clan profile description just in case we don't see each other online most of the time. If you can accept the terms I'll surely promote you.

One, war council members can't be a member of other Shogun 2 clan
Two, war council meber is obligated to sport the official clan banner scheme/set(check the banner set see if you could live with that, no worry I suppose many members reported to me they quite like it :-).
Third, always to respect the clan members because everything that's said and done in game will reflect on the clan when you're a council member. I'd like to keep the morale high. :-)
