My wife - who only plays puzzle games and solitaire on her phone - won't give me my Steam Deck back.

Saw a random TikTok of someone shaking the Rat... had no idea WTF it was... and HAD to play it. Bought and played through last night.

Probably one of the best games on Steam and of all time. Literally has a team of folks who've worked on it for more than a decade and still improving it by a significant margin every single month since it was released.

I've beat Malenia in Elden Ring 6 times... and I still haven't beat General Yamauchi.

If that sounds exciting to you, then try Sekiro.

FTL... if you could actually build the ship... fly the ship, create complex paths for crew members, and not be chased out of each sector after only a handful of jumps.

An excellent mind-bending puzzle game that somehow effortlessly teaches its player how to intuit their way through concepts normally covered in theoretical metaphysics

Many years after beating this on the Xbox 360, there still seem to be few beat-em-up style arcade games that get all the things this game got right. I played through it recently with my kid and spouse and can report that it still holds up. Still think its insane the Tom and Dan never made a proper direct sequel to this considering how many platforms it was on and how popular it ended up being.

Lots of potential. Keep at it guys. So many little impressive technical achievements. I will say please stop trying to force the extra launchers, but I know some executive is making that call so just let them know everyone who plays games on Steam hates them.

Pretty cool game where survival and story meet to make a game that feels like an underwater "Minecraft-type" game, but with the sort of story-telling that is far more compelling than Minecraft attempts to use to drive player progress.
