The graphics and physics in this racing game far surpass most triple A titles. *Warning* be sure your computer meets the recommendations. It is very CPU and graphic card intensive. Be sure to pick the right car. The Ferrari isn't always the best choice, some tracks the Mini Cooper may be a better choice.
In all seriousness, this game is exactly what the screenshots show. If your into having achievement complete games all you have to do is race all 21 tracks (I made it through 9 before I gave up). You can probably race all 21 in about an hour. Finally, if you have 2+ hours in game you can buy emoticons that I'm pretty sure are just iPhone emojis. I don't know, I didn't pay for it, but even if I did I've spent a dollar on worse things so how can I rate it negative.

Early Access Review
Alright come on now. This is a really early access game. All the negative reviews are people complaining about problems that games that are in development (early access) will have. Silly children stop buying early access and complaining about early access problems.
The current state of Titan Quest 2 is basically one act of the game. Probably about 6-8 hours depending on how you play. For how early in development this game is, it's pretty nice. I played titan quest when it came out in 2006 and then again when the anniversary addition came out. I have played POE, grim dawn, all the diablos, and any other ARPG you can think of. At this point, this game is not anything that will break the mold in terms of gameplay but it is a good ARPG. The story is intriguing, when I got to the end of where the game currently cuts you off I was disappointed only because I wanted to continue the story. There are a few pesky bugs and some minor performance problems but it was nothing that ruined my experience. These are things I expect in a game that has been out in early access for about 10 days.
I like ARPGs and I am not looking for a game that is trying to be a hybrid or something else just to be different. They are what they are, maybe add a new mechanic or two and keep me intrigued with the story. I feel that's what this game will be. I purchased knowing what early access means and to support the Devs. I will probably wait until full release to continue my play but I am okay with the direction so far.

Coming from someone who has never driven a big rig or has even been in the cab of one I can say this is extremely realistic.
I was going 90 with a load of dynamite and got in a head on collision with a Subaru WRX and less than 12 hours later I had a offer a job and was on the road again with a fuel tanker truck.
As someone who has driven next to big rigs on freeways and interstates this seems pretty accurate to who they hire.

On a more serious side if played correctly this is a nice simulator and the Devs did well on the cities and scenario I am familiar with.

I have revisited games I played in my childhood before only to be disappointed to find out age has not been kind and not even nostalgia could save it for me. Chrono Trigger is different.
I played this for months as a kid on SNES and I believe it has the power to transcend time (pardon the pun). I do believe modern gamers, especially JRPG fans, will be able to still enjoy this classic.
I had no issue with any bugs/crashes like others mentioned.

So I avoided this game for two years as I was never a Harry Potter fan. My friend's wife who is a huge HP fan told me to get it and I would like it whether I am a HP fan or not.. Turns out she was somewhat right.
-World-
Hogwarts castle is done very well and I am sure for HP fans this is probably the best part. For me (not a huge fan of the books/movies) the first time I stepped out of the castle and started to explore the world, the town of Hogsmeade, and all the little villages is when I was feeling it. Both the castle and world are alive and full of NPCs everywhere. This really is the best part of the game.
-Story-
From the opening 30 minutes before you even get to Hogwarts there is large amount of action and story thrown at you. The graphics and the open world put you in the story. Unfortunately, even though the story starts out strong, I feel it started to run out of steam as it progressed. I think the main reason for this is that I never felt like one enemy was harder than another, the battle just took longer. This made me not worry about fighting a "boss" because it just meant I do the same thing I did against lesser enemies just with a bigger life bar. The game also started to feel repetitive about half way through. This may be my fault because I did all side quests as they came up before continuing the main story quest and only continued the main quest when the current side quests I had were done. But then again I was more interested in the side quest with Poppy than I was with the main story at times.
-Characters-
Some characters were lovable and some were an annoyance but because this is a game dealing with children you had to like and be friendly to everyone. Even when you choose the not so friendly option your character's response was a very friendly way of saying it. I enjoyed most of my dealings with the kids and professors but there was this one little prick who's name starts with a S who you have to deal with throughout the whole game in sides quests and the main story. If I had the choice I would have cut ties with him right away.
-Gameplay-
As mentioned above I wish they would have made the boss fights more of something you dreaded because they were harder than other fights. This made the main adversaries nothing to really worry about. It's dodge, shield, attack with wand, and use same color spell to break colored shield around enemy rinse and repeat. Traversing around the world was easy and you have multiple ways to do it. The puzzles to solve things, open doors, etc were average.
-Final Thought-
Even though it's a little repetitive, it's a fun fantasy RPG that I think Potter fans will LOVE and others will like. It goes on sale often, there is no reason to pay full price for this 2 year old game.

Well as a huge fan of AOE2 and to a lesser extent AOE3 this one kind of scratches the itch but also doesn't have the same feel as the second two installments. With that said if you like 2 and 3 this one will likely strike your fancy. Great to get it on sale.

Okay I purposely waited for 100 hours before I left this review. I usually get bored with racing type games within 30 hours. This one is different. The way they did the open world and events actually keeps you into it. I bought some DLCs but it's not necessary. Just buy the base game and there is plenty of content for the money.
Coming from a guy who isn't huge on racing games just trust me it's pretty enjoyable. I see myself coming back to it from time to time when I get the urge.

The story and voice acting are both GREAT. The constant mashing of buttons as the general gameplay is NOT.
I still recommend it because the acting/story outweighed any downsides, but there were moments when the controls made me just want to say screw this. This is not necessarily that it was hard, just an extreme annoyance. Now there were other controls that were not bad, like the time sensitive choice driven moments, or the having to hit a directing to avoid things in a certain time frame. But hey if you like button smashing over and over this could be a solid 9 for you.

It's a walking simulator similar to Dear Esther. I finished it in a little under 4 hours. The story is... well it's just okay. I was always interested in it due to the rave reviews but I just found it to be meh at best.
The best part for me was the voice acting of Cissy Jones as Delilah. She is able to make her character lovable and endearing without even meeting her in person.
If you are able to get this at a 75%+ discount sure try it out, otherwise I would pass.

Well I finished the story in about 5 hours. It's a decent story. There is this timeline in the game that shows choices you made and shows other branches you could have taken at "pivotal" moments. It would just change certain character's stories and you will get some different scenes. When the actual outcome of the plot wouldn't change, I don't see the replay value.
I'd recommend it if...
1) You like visual novels and don't need animated scenes.
2) You get it on sale.

Final thought: If they came out with a book 3 (and/or 4) I would probably get it when it goes on deep discount just to continue the story.
