I bought the game early on before there were vehicles and only a handful of factions and took a break after putting close to 500 hours in. The game has made some great progress since then and is a ton of fun

Best Arma 3 DLC. I haven't enjoyed A3 multiplayer this much in a long time.

The reactor blew up, a crawler swarm got in the sub and everyone died. It was a great time.

For a DLC based on such an extremely limited setting they put next to no work into it. Even with CAs amazing attention to detail(blinking camels, soldiers opening their mouths like fishes, and removing the Spartans sandals) they somehow missed the biggest parts of ancient Greek warfare.

The "hoplite wall" ability is a horrendous representation of the hoplitic phalanx and even worse the AI doesn't even use it. Only a single line in the front will fight and will constantly leave formation to fight. They could have at least redone the phalanx animations to something less laughable.

The AI won't even form its troops into a basic line and will instead blob its entire army into your centre all the while leaving its flanks wide open.

They couldn't even take the time to rename a few units for flavor and instead have 3/4 of the playable factions sporting the exact same generic roster.

Athens is supposed to be a naval super power yet Sparta has the best fleet in the game.

Was hoping to be immersed in some hot phalanx on phalanx action yet my hopes were smothered by this lazy DLC.
