Not my first introduction to Larian Studios but my first introduction to the world of BG3 and it couldnt have been a better first impression. The characters are lovable and endearing even when they are at their worst, the world is vibrant and feels full of life as if it was an actual living breathing world that will move along with or without you. The plot line is fully fleshed out, well written and will suck you into random rabbit holes along the way introducing you to mysteries and lore that seek to fill out additional points in the plot and the world itself. It plays essentially the same as the divinity original sin series and thats a good thing, if it aint broke dont fix it.

Thank you Larian for reminding me of what gaming was like back when games like Kotor, Jade Emprie, Bards Tale and Fable made RPGs the first games I ever truly fell in love with.

Vagante is probably one of the hardest Rouge inspired games that being said its also one of my favorites. It has a unique control system utilizing nothing but your keyboard which makes it super nice for laid back gaming. If you go into the game expecting to complete it you'll have a bad time. The way I treat it is as a game I fall back to when I decide to take a break from other games or to beat my head against the wall one more time to remind me how challenging yet fun the game loop is. Gear and RNG are almost certainly needed in order to succeed or so it seems, in my 80 or so hours with this game I have primarily played the knight because of his extra life feature but the mage has become my second favorite because he is able to save resources and utilize otherwise useless ones. Id only recommend this game to fans of the Rough genre like myself but if you're also a fan of challenge and discovery through game play its also a good selection. all in all I don't want to spend time dissecting the game because I am no where near qualified enough. The game play loop is entertaining and addicting, the rouge elements make it a classic for me and I am just very thankful to the developers for giving me a game I will be playing for years to come.

A few months ago a friend gifted this game to me, Since then my life hasnt been the same. When I wake up I think of Rimworld, every hour I spend at work is consumed with thoughts of Rimworld, when I get home I play Rimworld and when I sleep I dream of Rimworld. I havent seen the sun outside of my trips to my job where I imagine myself being a pawn doing monotonous and tedious labor for the greater good of all. I dont Think Ive spoken to any of my friends or family in that time as well but I dont feel the need to because I have Rimworld and Rimworld will always love me.

10/10 game you should buy it for yourself and a friend.

Fun, community can be ♥♥♥♥ but a well developed game.

Community makes this game the insanity storm it is and its wonderful.
