Hippo is good

I was in the alpha testing for this game and it was a great time. Cool to see a concept in early stages and enjoyed what I could. The beta testing phases were rough at times but still playable. Then it "globally launched" with over 100,000 players only to now be shutting down until 2024, and we will see if it actually returns. Game is a scam.

Played this game since 2015, it's simple yet fun. It's aged well, and is a very enjoyable pleasant game.

This is one of my favorite games ever. However, I am upset, my main world with 200 hours or so along with the main character I play, have become corrupted due to the Don't Starve crossover update. The world won't load because apparently the files aren't there, and neither are my characters files. I've had the same PC since I got Terraria, had everything backed up, and am confused as to why this happened at all. Nothing changed on my end other than updating the game. I'd be happy to update my review at a later time if I get my things back, but for now I can't recommend a game that erased 5 years of on and off play for seemingly no reason.

I bought this game because it looked fun with friends, and I bought it within the month it came out, and it was fun. Then, over the past year, completely gave up on it. This game became so garbage and just trash. Don't waste your time or money.

I played this on mobile for years prior to the Steam release. It's very fun and addictive. Great game for anyone that is interested.

I've played since early beta, and it's a game that I personally think has aged well. It's still fun to play with friends and hop on servers. I would recommend this game.
