Of course but there is still the overwhelming population. Those that see the bad things done fear it and those that dont follow it. If those that fear it would be brave enough to take the risk of showing those that dont see it, maybe they could develop a resistance and end the totalitarian rule.

You fear that one man because he has supporters. Hitler did have this policy of getting rid of the people he didn't like. So if you tried to stand up against him. The supporters would come and get rid of you. This creates fear. ^^

well hitler was out to create a utopian society, he did believe himself to be good and righteous and he believed the ones against him were evil so you can see that he is not purely evil, he is just a different perspective, not that it is good. Also, the people following him could have stopped him as they are millions while he is one. It is fear that leads totalitarian countries it seems. but why fear one man?
