• The Legacy will never ask permission to exist from anyone, any organization, or entity.

• The Legacy will never become a member club of any 1% founded or operated Coalition of Clubs, or any other association or governing body of clubs affiliated or incorporated with 1% clubs or their support clubs.

• The Legacy will never operate as a 1% club, nor wear the 1% diamond.

• The Legacy will never allow or permit the use of, selling, handling, manufacturing or distributing any illegal substance, narcotic or drug in our clubhouses or events/functions, by our members or others.

• The Legacy will never allow its members, nor the club, in part or in whole, to engage in criminal activities such as selling stolen bike parts or any other criminal activities.

• The Legacy will never discriminate who can be a Brother based solely upon the color of a man’s skin, or his choice of career. The Legacy does not care what a man does for a living, as long as it is law abiding (this includes law enforcement, corrections, military, lawyers, etc.)

• The Legacy will never deny a Brother from exercising his right of voice and vote to be exercised at the appropriate times and places as outlined by the club’s bylaws and policies.

• The Legacy will never allow women to become members of the Legacy, full patched or otherwise.

• The Legacy will always remain a Motorcycle Club; it will never become a car club or anything other than a motorcycle club.

• The Legacy will never be restricted where the club may establish chapters. Where there are good men willing to stand up and live by these principles, the Legacy will grow.

• The Legacy will never make any chapters’ prospect under another chapter.

• The Legacy will never let the values of Honesty, Integrity, Loyalty, Trust, and Honor die within our club. They will always be held in the highest esteem.
