First off, amazing job done by the Source VR Team.

(I haven't played EP 2 in VR as of yet)

The Half Life series is a series that honestly I never cared much for the gameplay that being said, controversial but in pancake mode I did like EP 1 the most for it's length felt more fitting for the gameplay shared from HL2, while EP 2 was different from HL2 and more enjoyable than HL2.
Loved the story and definitely the characters, but somehow in VR it took me from being meh about the games to me very much loving HL2 for it's environments and gameplay. VR adds something very special to HL2 with it's environments and gameplay. Really changes pace and actually makes you think and it made me actually use all of the weapons. To me THIS is the way to play HL2 and it's episodes.
Made me enjoy the games so much that I was going for achievements in VR and made me enjoy and even like sections I HATED in pancake mode.

Spread across HL2 and EP1, 99% of the issues I have had are just pancake HL2 problems, like some of the sound stuff.

Again amazing work to the Source VR Team, couldn't imagine it was easy to get the source engine to do all this. Can't wait to see other possible future mods.

The longer review will be on HL2 VR. Basically, JUST PLAY IT. If you have any interest in HL2 AT ALL and have a VR headset, play this. I played this all in one sit- standing and enjoyed every minute.

Only problem here in EP 1 is either had a bug/glitch that didn't give me the one bullet achievement or the achievement of no citizens dying at the end or escape city 17.
