Its in this topic here, its a bit of a wild ride. And I was pretty sour at points since for a long time (AND STILL) after Steam Deluxe was released it didn't have the features listed on its Steam Store page, which is a kinda big deal considering they're the only differences between the free version and the paid one. I'm not at my most pleasant here but I still feel it was justified, especially looking at how history repeated itself with the release of Ultimate ADOM.

I already did, no results, used many keywords related to insects creatures in Fallout NV (Cazador, radroaches, fire ants, giant ants, etc), no results, found 2 mods related to removing insects, less endorsement and not many downloads, i've heard there were good mods that remove insects but they were removed or hidden by creators.
