I knew from the moment I saw the artwork and design of this game that I would love it. What I didn't know, is that the writing, characters, gameplay, and music would check ALL of my boxes and quickly become a favorite. This was a fun ride start to finish. The pacing is excellent, the dialogue is genuine and hilarious, and I found myself grinning ear to ear throughout it all. Most of all, this game made it clear that your decisions really do matter, unlike many other Tell Tale games that seem to arrive at the same point no matter what you choose. This game incorporates unique gameplay and decision-making beyond dialogue prompts that kept me fully engaged the entire game. 10/10, highly recommend. Hats off to you, AdHoc.

What seemed like a promising breath of fresh air quickly proves itself to be another mediocre disappointment. I will give this indie studio two compliments: The art of this game is beautiful, and the music perfectly matches the magical fantasy themes the game portrays. That whimsy quickly wears off, however, due to several game-breaking bugs, a lack of simple quality of life enhancements, and a story so bland and dragged out, it feels as though it was written for children. The "horror" shown in the trailers is the only taste of horror you will see, and feels G-rated at best. I can forgive a lot of errors due to the nature of this game being an indie studio's break out game, but at the end of the day, this game was simply not fun.

This game is so cute! The ambiance and gentle music is perfect for writing, and the task aspects have helped me to be more productive while still finding fun in an otherwise boring task. Highly recommend if you're looking for a chill, comfy game that doesn't require your full attention at all times.
