Victor Perkins, also known by his supervillain alias, Vector, is the main antagonist of Illumination's 1st feature film, Despicable Me, the main protagonist of the 2023 short film, Mooned, and a minor character in its 2024 sequel, Despicable Me 4.

He is a aspiring supervillain and the son of Mr. Perkins, the president of the Bank of Evil, as well as Felonious Gru's archrival. Vector became a driving force in Gru turning to heroism and his adoption of Margo, Edith, and Agnes.
