It's CS:GO with better graphics and more of the old issues, cheaters and connection issues galore. If you enjoy other shooters of the sort, mainly CS:GO or valorant, you will like this game because its just CS:GO rebranded-revengence.

The big issue: They literally killed CS:GO to upload this game then had the balls to copy paste the reviews from CS:GO to CS2 so that the reviews are positive no matter what, this is some EA level scumbag bs

A diamond in the rough, a fun game that you won't play

It really is amazing, genuinely, with everything I asked for and more, from constant free updates to amazing mods and some of the best graphics around. The gunplay is pretty on point, I love the stage-based reloading so you can stop halfway and not have to pull the already pulled out magazine a second time. The heist mechanics are fantastic, stealth is better than ever, and loud is the same high octane insanity as payday 2.

Yet you wont play the game, I don't blame you, everyone hates the game, because it had a bad launch, because they have a high price-tag, because X, Y or Z.

good news, singleplayer is a thing, I will enjoy my game, you go back to payday 2, or helldivers, or whatever else you enjoy, I am going to enjoy this game, happy heisting.

I liked the first game more but this game isn't bad by any means, if you haven't played the first, try it first, if you REALLY liked the first then play this one, if you don't know if this series is even for you in the first place then let me tell you, you will enjoy it more than you think, you might be intimidated or scared, but let me wash away those concerns with the games main idea, death isn't that big of a deal, you can die, your friends can die, your little girl got her arms and legs mauled off? you can still drag her so who cares, you died after a god raped you? who cares just try again and gaslight him, its just the way fear and hunger is.
and yes that last thing is a thing that can happen, so if you are squeamish, best to avoid this series

Buy this game so I can invade your world, protect the loop, and T-bag you when I get 3 back to back stealth kills on you for not watching out <3

In all honesty, game is amazing, I heard alot of negatives but after playing myself I can say it's an amazing experience that lets the player figure out the best plans, provides alot of freedom and HAS 1V1 PVP WITH DISHONORED POWERS!!!

I spent 40 minutes in one dudes world, he was playing a stealth run and I had no idea where he was, I spent so long hunting him down and when I finally got him I can tell you it was the most satisfying experience ever, hunting the hunter is truly a wild time

I shoot people in pavlov then play VRC Amongus afterward, truly a time to be alive

Dwarf Fortress and Space Station 13 both have steam versions now... we must be living in the correct timeline boys

This is a game I had watched a kid and thought "man, this looks amazing" but never wanted to play out of fear that the stress of these tense situations would prevent me from having fun, but in the end, I was wrong, this game is a blast, the freedom of your choices alongside the realism of not everything being guaranteed allows for unique gameplay every single time you play, sometimes when everyone is on their last legs and one persons' RNG fails an important objective that had a high chance of succeeding, it provides you a rich opportunity to prove yourself and make the best of a bad situation, you shouldn't be entering this game expecting to be perfect and for everyone to walk out alive, you'll learn quickly that death isn't the end and that the goal isn't about saving everyone, its about saving as many as you can while still making it to the end of the road with your head on your shoulders in the first place.

The story is beautiful, the world building is fantastic, if you slow down and talk to everyone you really get to see the world you are playing in even in a game as short as this one, the Constellar Federation, Xenolifer, E.C.U.K. and all the individual wishes of your characters as they struggle with the organizations they work for are made clear and they blend together so well

And lastly, I want it to be said that this game isn't as difficult as some say, there is an easy mode made just for those who struggle so hard but I also want it said, the game isn't made for you to perfectly solve every little problem and walk away with no sacrifices, some people may have to die for the sake of the group, the games wants you to understand that and will force its way, so don't fight it, just take each hit and keep marching on, and maybe after a full playthrough and if you consider yourself a master, THEN go back and try to unlock some of the harder achievements like no deaths on some stages or completing certain objectives in so many turns

Addicting as hell to finally unlock all the great items, get all of them in one run and then run a crit/bleed/explosion/rocket/collapse/drone/firework/equipment build that 1 shots a level 99 Mithrix before he pulls the "Call an ambulance! Call an ambulance.. but not for me!!" and does the reverse uno card
