There is no "interactivity" here to speak of, except for choosing which new scene you want to watch. There is no "game," it's just a visual novel filled with boobs. And in my opinion, those boobs are very, very worth it.

The game is a gigantic wish-fulfillment fantasy that gets to absolutely ludicrous levels of "God, I wish that were me." and has a localization that both openly mocks the ridiculousness and embraces it. This is cringe, of one of the horniest, least deserving hentai protagonists getting a harem full of women that quickly fall for his ♥♥♥♥ and his non-existent charms through the power of very literal magic.

And I enjoy it.

The art is very well done. The music is surprisingly nice. The voice acting is great. And there's such a gigantic array of creative situations, poses, and scenarios, that I think it's all very much worth the 40USD that I paid for it. It's quality hentai in a solid package without any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like microtransactions, and I think that's worth supporting.

Whether or not you think it's worth 40 USD or your regional equivalent is entirely up to you. But I think that milkfactory sets a standard among nukiges, that these are the best of the breasts, especially if you happen to be into their catered fetishes like large boobs, school settings, lactation, mother-daughter threesomes, and a whole lot of cow imagery with at least one harem scene with cowprint bikinis.
