The Room is a puzzle game that has fairly easy-to-solve problems and doesn't ever truly challenge the player. So why am I still recomending this game? The Room has intricate visuals throughout in every level, it provides a satisfactory feeling with every key you turn and every button you press, and the sound effects are the cherry on top of it all, it's almost an 'ASMR' for puzzle solving. There is a somewhat 'eerie' feeling as you play the game, although nothing spooky ever happens, in a way it made me more invested in the enigmatic aspect of the game. That being said, there isn't much of a story that takes place but rather pieces of an abstract one.

If you're looking for an actual puzzle game, this will most likely disappoint you, but if you want a casual and fairly short experience with cute and intricate visuals for a reasonable price, you'll more than likely be happy with what The Room has to offer.

Shower With Your Dad Simulator is a snappy little indie game that's great for timing wasting and contains a ridiculous enough gimmick that sold me into buying it, it can also be challenging as you must always try to be as fast as possible in the different game modes. The price definitely matches the content you're getting and the game is pretty much what you'd expect from the pictures provided on the Steam store, recommnded for anyone that likes 'joke' games but also likes somewhat of a speed challenge.

Layers of Fear is a very atmospheric game that relies more on psychological horror with stunning visuals than cheap jumpscares, all wrapped around a compeling story centered around a painter. What sets this game apart from other horror games and games in general is how often it tricks your mind by changing the environment and its elements that you thought you were around you just a second ago, it's quite the acid trip throughtout but in a good way, as it makes you eager to know what's going to happen next as you play.

The one downside to this game is that it sometimes gets a bit repetitive around certain areas while not necessarily bringing anything of substance to what you see in front of you, other than that the game kept me at the edge of my seat the whole time and had me constantly paranoid about my surroundings, which is the sign of a good piece of media horror.

A definite recommend for horror fans and fans of 'artsy' games, furthermore a good game for achievement hunters, as there are a handful of achievements and many of which very unique.

What's there to say about Garry's Mod that hasn't been said 1000 other times and better than I possibly could? Nothing! So just get it if you haven't, the possibilities are literally endless and there's hundreds of hours of fun to be had, I can 100% guarantee that this game has something for you, no matter what you're like and what you're into. Go for it!
