I do not have played this game enough to give a fair take. But if you would ask me right now i would say it is pretty good.

♥♥♥♥ imbalanced game. Choose warhammer, hold LMB, press shift succes. Easy top frag.

Hunt: Showdown is a slow paced, 1850ish cowboy type shooter, with horror elements. Hunt: Showdown is at core partially PvE but mostly and foremost PvP focused.

I am a very PvP focused person and these are the biggest pro's and con's i think the game has.

+ The gunplay is really solid and feels balanced.
In my current 175 hours played i don't feel like there is any inbalanced weapon in the game. Shooting and killing is responsive and satisfying.

+ The performance and optimalisation of the game is good.
Currently using my very old r9 290 graphics card and the game is running with 70 FPS on medium.

+ Buisness model is exacly what i want and am looking for in games.
No pay 2 win, advandages or so called pay for convenience. There are only skins buyable. What is even better is that some of the skins can be earned if you play enough, since you are getting bloodbonds (the ingame real money currency in the cash shop) from several sources. in my time playing this game i have unlocked several skins for weapons and hunters this way.

+ Great soundscape and sound design.
the game emphasizes sound in a balanced way that keeps you on the edge of your seat. At all times i feel i need to be on my guard and question who made which sound. Sound queues are everywhere and at all times you need to decide will i take things slow and silent or guns blazing and give away my position.

- Mobs can be anoying
Yes i know Hunt: Showdown is a PvP and PvE focused game. but i do believe it is alot more PvP focused than PvE. Mobs can be anoying to kill like Immolators, since you need to use specific methods like blunt melee to kill them silently or quickly kill them before they come too close. During high tense PvP situations these are the last things i wish to deal with, especially when there are three people shooting at me.

- Scaredy cats extracting early
Since there are limited people in one session. It can be very anoying when people leave or extract early. What makes this even more anoying is that you can't outrun people that are running and have no means to stop people from extracting. since the only way to stop this is to stand next to them within 10 meters in game. You have to realize that in a slow paced game with single action guns and vast open areas at the extraction points you tend to stay at a distance. Also its only 30 seconds that players need to stand on this position before they are gone. This also makes the game more repetative and action packed since there are now less players to worry about and still more mobs that you need to deal with.

Rating: 9/10

Rimworld is a survival / colony builder game, you have stranded on a strange planet and your goal is to survive as long as possible so you can build a space ship and get the hell out of here.


200+ hours in didnt find any so far!

In my oppinion theres always room for improvement and more content to add!

Kingdoms and Castles

My first impression of this game was overal very good. everything worked fine i had no problems at all in comperision to other games in this genre i though this was a very wel developed game. but after a few hours of playing i noticed some very game breaking mechanics / bugs.

First of all the larger your city gets the more problems you'll notice. these problems vary from very, very low FPS to your viliagers starving even when you have: capped food, only lose -30 exposure and have the food supplies next to their homes (markets, farms, barns). you can spam these what ever you like but it doesn't work. Also there are no real threats besides vikings which can get bugged on land and than never apear again. Dragons who later in the game are no threat and lightning which is no threat since you only have to rebuild 1 building.

Thanks to these i came to a conclusion to NOT recommend this game. I do not know the developers of this game but because of my experience in this genre, i think it wont take long to be discontinued and to die like other games in this genre.

This game was a very good game concept, i really loved to play it and since i heared of it never stoped playing it till it died R.I.P Dethroned! hopefully to ever be ressurected !

this game is a open world Do what evr the ♥♥♥♥ you want game :). its mainly focused on Catuering castles, taking lords pirson, and leading a bunch of troops in war.


The graphix for this game are Okayish, i mean dont expect it to look like the newist BF or the newest Crysis. but the grapix arent THAT bad aswell. so thats why id say its average


I Played it on my macbook 0 performance issues. played it on my windows 10 pc No peformance issues :)


Pros:
Takes a long long time to complete this game.
Easy Combat mechanics
Multiplayer Is awesome ! many people vs many people at once :D!

Cons:
Lacks a little bit of a goal :D (when you devour every city, or at the start if you gave none :3)

Awesome gameplay !!! I love story based games and this is my second favorite !!! i thought it was totaly worth buying the game ! the only thing that i didn't like was the short storyline i finished it in about 15 hours or so. i played all the bioshock games and DLC's and this one is just as much fun as the other games.
