horribly built game, constantly crashing. unable to complete any challenges due to crashing

i had about 5 hours worth of fun with the game, now I'm completely unable to play. Every time i launch, the game crahses with "fatal error". I've tried everything just short of nuking my system. Try your luck if you wish, but don't expect anything. definetly not worth the money. I would like a refund...

Game is a lot of fun to play with friends. however there is only one raid and the game focuses more on the story then blowing stuff up.
