yes there's jank, yes there's plenty that could be better with this game technically. but it works well enough to deliver the core experience, and holy lord is that an experience. if the concept of this game appeals to you, and you can handle some of the meta systems around that concept being broken (in very fixable ways, mind you), you'll get what you want from this game.
