More fun than having your face stomped on by rock people whilst everything around you is on fire and your whole crew is dead and dying.

As polished as a very polished thing, at its current steam sale price (£2.99) its not worth missing out on. Beautifully made, just don't expect it to be deep and meaningful. Theres some sort of plot, but the reason to play is simply because the third person gunplay controls are the best I've ever tried!

Definitely a very promising start. Certainly still an alpha (deer drop chicken breasts when you chop em up) but its strong points are obvious. Robust crafting, satisfying resource gathering and a wide open world. Wonky around the seams, its very clear that this is early access, but it clearly has big potential.
