Clash of the katanas is your beat, deflecting enemies' attack and weaving in your hits in-between like a rhythm and the whole combat is a dance you do on that beautiful melody!

It's definitely a masterpiece of artwork, one of the best I've seen. I loved walking through the beautiful parts of the world in the game. Get spooked by macula's tune. The textures of the materials are very realistic. The lighting is well done. The storytelling and the way they make characters evolve is something else.
Game has skill system that naturally progress depending on your play-style, so much better than having to choose stuff from a weird skill tree.

Performance wise it's very graphically demanding game, the game drops fps when there is alot going on even on decent pc and with temperatures like this it'll keep irl rats away from you.
The villain's motivations are so weird and don’t really fit thematically like the Inquisition from Innocence. Also 'some questions' left unanswered.

Even with the performance issues, this game is really a piece of art. Incredible and emotionally bittersweet ride. If you liked Innocence, you'll like Requiem too.

Feels like you're playing this game through multiple security cameras.

The amount of dialogues in this game might have set a new bar. I actually really liked the non-combat parts the most. The humour, the way they communicate throughout this game is hilarious. It made the experience so much better.

The game's soundtracks are too sick. Especially the rock/metal ones. I also really like the starlord band's created songs. Really fits. Also some characters have unique dialogues if you play a song that fits current situation.

The gameplay is more linear/straight-forward exploration. The story has been fantastic so far, and it very much feels like a more fleshed out GoTG(2014). They gave the characters fantastic personality that are constantly changing depending on your decisions. Combat-wise there is so much chaos going on but its also satisfying and entertaining. Also there is other aspect where you can take advantage of your teammate's power in combat/non-combat situations. Huddle up feature, with right dialogue will give temp damage boost.
Kick names, take ass.

In the name of someone very sore right now, would escape again...

The music is so good that you'll stop playing and just listen.

Wavelengths DLC Review

The full episode is repeating the same things. Wish we had more backstory of Steph leaving Arcadia bay and Blackwell academy. Personally thought they will explore more her story with Gabe, but nope you ain't seeing him at all and basically the whole DLC is like a escape room where you just do your same tasks again and again then the whole year flies away. At least let us leave the store or let some characters visit you like Ryan, Charlotte or hmmm how about GABE. It feels like the whole town is dead and you're the only one living in it.

There is so much wasted potential. The whole episode felt boring, except for the 10 min video call with Mikey where the talked about what happened in Arcadia Bay.

But the soundtrack collection is 10/10.

Edit: Since LIS Remastered Collection came out as a buggy mess just buy the base game. Deluxe and Ultimate version is not worth your money.
