ehh... dark souls 2 is better tbh

The best open-world game, the best protagonist in fiction, and a damn good experience overall, Red Dead Redemption 2 has become one of my favorite games of all time. The story about the Van der Linde gang through the eyes of Arthur Morgan instead of John Marston made me kind of disappointed for a while because I loved the first game so much, but the more I played and invested in the story, the more I realized that Arthur Morgan is just such a good character and connects with me more. The struggle he went through, the relationship between the gang, and the choices he made are just proof that this is Rockstar's best-written character of all the games they made. The strong point of this game is the story and the characters, but don't forget the aspects of the open world game: hunting, finding secrets, bounty hunting, random encounters, and stranger missions just make the game feel more alive. truly one of the best games of this time.
