I'm seeing this game get a lot of negative reviews and I thought I might give my 2 cents on this. In terms of a monkey island game, it's a really fun time. The writing is still as funny as ever and the puzzles are still what to expect.

The steam version of the game might be a little bugged though. When I launched the game the cutscenes wouldn't appear until I set launch options then copied & pasted this in: -gl -w -16. Controls are not the standard point and click either cause I believe it was designed with a controller in mind, but once you get used to it, it's not that bad.

Overall, I think it's a fine enough game. Though you'd probably have a better experience on a ps2 or a different platform.

What the heck happened to Mega Man? It's riddled with Microtransactions and it has a story that feels like a poorly written Mega Man X fan fiction. I guess some positives are that it's got a lot of Mega Man references one can appreciate and I like the auto aim feature. This still is not a good game, and that honestly just makes me sad.

Amazing game, the visuals are beautiful and the controls are solid. The first half of the game is pretty linear, but it starts to feel more like a metroidvania towards the later half. I have one problem with the game and that is that some of the power-ups you get throughout the adventure are situational. I don't think I've used the Flash ability very much, but that is only a minor nit-pick I have.
