Too much walking back and forth, artificially extending it.

Great animation and spritework, good combat, and interesting boss designs. The map is all connected and there's no set order in which to go before reaching the end. It's not super long though and not a ton of replayability if you're not a completionist. There are two endings, the bad one and the true one, but neither are very great. If you're looking for something story and dialogue heavy, look elsewhere, but for a fun little explorer, I'd recommend.

The levels were fun; the bosses, despite the small amount of them, were cool and fun; many of the remixed tracks were good; and Super Sonic could be played as outside the final boss. The Final Boss, however, was boring and had a crappy theme. 8.5/10

I was playing as Sonic in Final Egg or something and I fell off a platform into a pit that showed a later part of a level. I died, but was still able to move Sonic before I was taken back to the last checkpoint. 11/10.
