In all aspects of work, mistyfikacja is not satisfied unless achieving the highest standards. Works relentlessly to improve skills and knowledge, and the quality of work output. Able to concentrate and stay focused for short periods of up to an hour but tends to drift after this if not presented with a new task. Smart, and not afraid of unfamiliar topics and new concepts, and shows a good ability to learn and adapt. But it usually takes a session or two before mistyfikacja will engage in the discussion. Does not shirk duties, but always instigates and encourages load-sharing with other members of the team, resulting in strong group output. Consistently plans and monitors the work of team-members.
