Failing to understand how these negative reviews are complaining about a blackjack game being "luck-based". Like, no ♥♥♥♥. Even more confusing is how they actually believe you can't impose your will on the game to force a win. The counterfeiter in the tavern allows you to build a predictable base deck to add on to with the cards you receive in the shop or at the end of each encounter. Removing cards through various means creates a more unified and, thus, stronger deck. The advantage chip you choose dictates which type of cards you want to pick up on the way. On the surface this game seems like pure rng but once you put some time into learning the cards and encounters the game becomes remarkably simple. I really think this game does a good job of allowing the player to stack the odds in their favor, while still maintaining the random "feel" of blackjack. You win some, you lose some.

Given this was labelled deluxe I kind of expected the game to be more dynamic in how difficult it would be to keep up with orders. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Orders come in at the same speed the entire game, and once you reach 7 customers, that remains stagnant as well. With proper management you can force the closers to come in instantly after the sixth customer, but that's the only real way to speed up service.

I completed all achievements for this game in 30.5 hours of play time. Accounting for multiple save games and AFK time I would say it takes about 20-25 hours to get from 0% to 100% achievements in this game. Sitting at ~30 hours I still have quite a few customers that I could bring to gold status, but there are no achievements for doing so. I have also gotten gold stars on all mini games but, again, no real reward for doing so.
