that said, it is still the OG Habbo more or less, now with semi-afk fishing and gardening. You can still vote in the Infobus, jump from the Lido or close the pools, play some games if you like. Trading is still prevalent as it should be. Community is nice af, lots of events while the scoreboard ones are not my cup of tea tho, the sidequest are always nice. It is rated 18+, which in my eyes was def the right call.

It is kinda the 2000-era vrchat. I hope it prevails.

Edit: I got to say Dave is one of the worst people that could lead this stuff, i respect his hussle but he has not done anything meaningful in regards to bug fixing or new features in the last 20 year and im pretty sure if you would flip the team things would look way better for the future, the olsoweird reddit ad manuover was insanly unprofessional.

OG game, some of the best stuff Black has written.

i wrote a lot of feedback

it was all ignored, they did nothing but the SV bucks were implemented as early as possible

Core mechanics are good but almost everything else sucks.

Gameplay?
A few mission types, all semi good. All signature skate modes are missing.
Velocity can be stange.
Players EVERYWHERE, you cant turn them off or limit the amount in any way.
Props EVERYWHERE, you can turn them off at least.
The map is OK but also feels really unrealistic.
The parcour is a strange decision.


Graphics?
Straight downgrade from early footage and even older skate titles.
Characters look straight ported out of the Sims 4, clothes look like as details less as they can possibly be.
Lightning is weak, no time of day, no weather. Shadows are corny at times (native no upscaling) and texture work is so bad at times you question if the texture did even load.

what else?
Prices are steep, there is no story, Vee and almost all characters are shít, the writing is insanly bad.
This is skate core gameplay wrapped in fortntie-esque corporate slop.
