Way better than Kovaak ... I've always played with controller my whole life, but over the last few years, started using mouse to aim in games. I still move w/ the controller analog stick, but I do everything else with mouse. This aim trainer helps a great deal.

Its so cool that the maker of Straftat also made this game and to me right now, having just now found out about this, playing it feels like Straftat got campaign DLC

It took awhile for this game to grow on me, but it official has. After watching a few videos and trying a few different playstyles, I am having a blast.

The FPS I've played the most of in my life is Halo, and when I play this game as heavy with flamethrowing, frag grenade, lockbolt, charge/slam, and rocket launcher, I'm right at home. I want to play as light, but I die too fast when I play that class.

Since I mostly only play with sound off so I can hear what's happening in my house, I only play Team Deathmatch, and it's a blast. One day I'll start playing the main modes, like world tour, etc, but I don't want to be a bad teammate, because when something crazy happens I go AFK or leave games immediately.

The destructible levels are so fun. When I'm chasing someone and they try some peekaboo non-sense, I'll charge through the wall and spray them down. If they are above me, I'll rocket the ceiling and make them fall down next to me. If they're below me, I'll slam the ground to break the floor and interrupt their little party. I'm not the best, but I have some high k/d games sometimes.

For all FPS games, I like to do movement with a controller and aiming with a mouse, so I have a controller in my left hand, mouse in my right. This game allows me to do that flawlessly. I just had to turn on steam controller input so the onscreen input instructions on the HUD don't constantly change between controller binds and keyboard binds.

More people need to play this game. It's a shame that people will play all these other free to play games but won't try this. This game needs to advertise more. Needs way more marketing. And they need to emphasize the fact that there is a simple deathmatch modes, because a lot of people don't want to play an objective, they just want to fight.

These bad reviews feels like people complaining about a principle rather than about the actual game.

Is it sub optimal to have the campaign cost money, but multiplayer is free? Maybe, but it's good to be able to invite your friends to play multiplayer, including firefight -- which works very good --- and know they can join for free.

I have been obsessed with Halo multiplayer every since the original Halo: CE.

I played Halo: CE multiplayer until Halo 2 came out.

I played Halo 2 multiplayer until Halo 3 came out.

I played Halo 3 multiplayer until Halo Reach came out.

I played Halo 4 multiplayer until Halo 5 came out.

I played Halo 5 multiplayer, and loved it, until Halo Infinite came out.

I've never been a huge campaign fan, but I beat each campaign 1 week before a new Halo game was released, just to get it out of the way.

I bought ODST when it was new and beat that too and played it's firefight mode back in the day.

All those years of service paid off, because my skills from each of those games transfers directly into Halo Infinite.

Even without playing often, I can jump online at any time of the day or night, load up rumble pit, and tear dudes up.

I love being able to do all of my movement with one hand holding a controller and my shooting, equipment, nades, and melee done with my other hand on the mouse.

This game is well optimized. I don't have the most amazing PC, but it is good enough to run this game at 100fps with great graphics, no choppiness or nothing.

It never crashes.

Firefight is super fun.

The custom game browser is super fun.

Big team battle is super fun.

I don't have any online friends that I play with, I always go into matchmaking alone and have so much fun.

It's a good game.

If you like Halo, it feels like Halo, because it is Halo.

Very good game and guess what? It runs well on older non-gaming computers too. I have a friend who runs Linux on a tiny converted work computer and it runs this game good enough to do runs together and he has a blast, no performance issues.

Making it seem like we are saving to a memory card and other aspects of the game that make it feel like a Ps1 or Ps2 game are a nice touch.

Just now scratching the surface of this game, but it's great that it runs perfectly and loads fast on an older non-gaming work computer that I installed Linux on.

Took a little while for this game to grow on me, but it has. Knowing how to use the different weapons helps. Sprint by default helped me a lot too. The different maps are awesome and sometimes hilarious. Last night I was playing with someone and one of the maps looked just like the one at the end of playing when you get to select "Rematch" if you want to. I wasn't sure what was going on at first because the music was the same too! So fun.

Early Access Review
Doesn't work on Linux. It starts, I get a Unity error message and then it closes.

Great game, runs on the most basic of machines. Only thing to make it better is if it had more than 1 achievement.
