Hell yeah I recommend this game, This is A Classic, and I am looking forward to the sequel. I should of reviewed it sooner but w'e. Castle In The Darkness Is a true challenge for those interested in metroidvania titles that is worth the sale price. It might honestly be dated in some way to other titles but it retains the charm still. Pixel Love For All.

Well now. 15 mins in... and you already had me hooked in the aspect of the work. I will recommend this, and update this probably as I get further in the game. Good on you for making me unsettled a bit, (Usually hard for horror these days to do that. but the world feels good so I will be continuing.)

Spooky Starlets : Movie Monsters - is a interesting concept. so far it's still in early access. but it's a game worth it, more so then the constant crap you see on steam's sexual content section.

The Game - Spooky Starlets (I think Scare-lets would be a good joke) is a card game where you are given cards every round, you have several girls to choose from but can only play one star (female actor card) at a time, you earn points by producing a film that's just a playing of cards in passing.... currently I would recommend a wait for more content, as it does feel kinda dry after a bit if you're not highly into the game. I will give it a more in depth look later on.)

Pros - Good Art, Great ideas, Voice acting to a point. With time the game could be really something.

Cons - No Dialogue Skip (unless spamming space or w'e) Limited card selection currently, needs more starter cards for the actions they take. other than that. haven't noticed any current bugs or hiccups. so I recommend it for cheap while in EA. but I hope the game gets noticed more.

A Hat In Time, Has some of the cute elements you'd expect from it, a good game with good decent mods, (tho could use a bigger modding active community, but seems lively enough of a game to keep you on it for hours) I enjoyed my time as the little hat kid, as her style and execution of well, near everything was spot on straight up gangsta level professionalism. Salute the Hat Kid

I am actually enjoying the game, despite my pc being trash and lowest graphics, I had high hopes, and I was not disappointed by what was currently delivered, those who expected something like scorn (which I have seen some actually confuse it with.) might be disappointed, but never the less, they have to realise, the game is meant to be a survival horror with puzzles, meaning, it can fall under different lines of "Survival"

As for the rest of the bickering, I really have none so far. my pc is trash so I expect that from it no matter how great the game, but I do understand some games will always have issues from the release date these days regardless of how well the devs work, Which honestly seems like they actually care about the game so yes I would expect issues will be fixed in time.

Well, hopes and thoughts aside, I would recommend it. more so if you got a better pc than I do. xD

It might be a bit dull for some, but what did you expect, honestly, and those who might just be trolling with reviews, (I'm sure there will be a few in there.) (Harsh reality is that this is more or less a work of art, depicting hell in truer fashion, than anything really could get by with. that is something we all should appreciate, be it scorn, Agony, or any other. as they usually are made by those who might not be big name companies, they will always have to work real hard to produce content or fixes for these things with in some cases a small team.)

(Rant Aside, I understand where reviews do come from, but too picky the main gaming community has been towards some games that don't really deserve the hate despite how they might fail or fall.) (Anyone who knows of the workings of devs and how the struggle to appease people gets, should understand that much.)

Anyway. Recommending it regardless, cause I want more games like this, and I enjoy it.

A Total Classic of the future in years yet to come, likely to be the thing to model the old school cartoon games under, I can see a return to the games of the 90s with a mix of the style that cartoons from the early days had.

I am recommending it cause it's a total no brainer... or rather, Filled Cup.

In the beginning I had some fun with it. the idea of body parts effecting different things and attacks was great and all. but it falls short on executions, and can get quite dull fast by the style of gameplay, the same enemies, and dying to sometimes just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥,

I tried to get back in it after the years and letting it develop but I honestly don't know why but I cannot like it...

Tho those character models are sorta nice at least the npcs I will give it one up on appearance. but gameplay not the best.

This is a updated review of my prior one, I stated in the past it's a underrated gem, and I still believe that is the case. You have Juice, use it sparingly when needed, you clap those chalk erasers together loudly and proudly to produce them blue vapors that not only damage enemies, slow them down, but also completely clear some rooms of debris and rubble... and Trust me on this one, you will be down in the dirt as the older kids kick the snot out of you without using the chalk in the right moments. blind those bas... brats.... as you progress like issac, you unlock things to change up the playstyle, it comes in form of blood crystals/gems you give to the teacher for more class periods in which you gain various abilities and buffs/debuffs

The fun of the game is showing those damn kids the meaning of a girl on fire!

Burn. Burn. Burn. Burn down the orphanage, buy this game. enjoy.

A Really Decent Rogue-like game, really challenging at times. and co-op's pretty fun.
