the next time you make chili you should try Penzeys Chili 9000 spice mix. The first time I used it I didn't think a spice blend would make a difference over what you get in the grocery store but was I wrong! It's really amazing. Penzeys sells online I dont think they are in grocery stores but if you are near one of their own Penzeys stores they allow you to actually sample spices. I never knew there were so many different cinnamon's but there are and wow does the right one change your recipe. The Chili 9000 is my favorite chili blend though.
