While the gameplay loop is moderately decent, it's absurd how much content of a "free-to-play" game is locked behind a paywall, dlc is 50 usd which gets you the campaign and the raid. Then you have to pay another 15 for the dungeons of that dlc, and some more for the season content. On top of that if you haven't been playing for a while, you have to pay for all the previous dlc as well to get access to that content. Really just milking the playerbase they have dry, on top of making it really hard to recommend this game to others cause I have to say no it's not free to play cause most of the content that's actually fun is locked behind a pay wall anyway.
